Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
Each Saint Plus piece is crafted in limited quantities with the highest attention to detail. Because of the exclusivity and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we ask that you review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including the authenticity card, dust bag, and any protective materials.
Footwear must show no signs of wear on the sole or interior.
Items purchased on sale, during limited releases, or marked Final 27 Edition are final sale and non-returnable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within the same 14-day window for size or defect concerns.
Exchange approval is subject to inventory availability.
Once an exchange is approved, the new pair will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
Return Process
Email saintplusofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for shipping.
Ship the item using a trackable, insured carrier within 7 days of receiving your RA.
Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a repair, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order designs
Limited-edition and archive pieces (e.g., Relic, Aurelius Heel Final 27)
Gift cards
Restocking & Shipping
A 10 % restocking fee may apply to certain returned items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Saint Plus is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
